NationalĀ Boards Program

Deepen your practice. Strengthen your leadership. Opening soon.

Marshall Street is launching the National Boards Program to support experienced teachers pursuing National Board Certification and continuing to grow in their craft.

Teachers do some of the most important work in a school. National Board Certification gives educators a structured opportunity to examine their practice, reflect on student learning, strengthen instruction, and demonstrate accomplished teaching.

Marshall Street will support teachers through that process with guidance, community, and practical support.

Who is it for

The National Boards Program is for experienced teachers ready to deepen their instructional practice and pursue National Board Certification. That includes teachers who:

  • Want to reflect deeply on their teaching
  • Are ready to document and strengthen their practice
  • Want structured support through the certification process
  • Are looking for professional community with other experienced educators
  • Are interested in growing their leadership and impact from the classroom

What Participants Will Experience

Participants will work through the National Board Certification process with structured support. The program includes:

  • Guidance on certification components and timelines
  • Support collecting and analyzing evidence of teaching practice
  • Structured reflection on student learning and instructional decisions
  • Feedback from facilitators and peers

The work is rigorous because teaching is rigorous. Marshall moves participants through the process with clarity and support.
