Robert JastrowChairman Emeritus (GMI); former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Mount Wilson Institute, The George C. Marshall InstituteRobert Jastrow, Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Directors (1925-2008), was the founder and was for twenty years Director of NASA's Goddard Institute for Space Studies. Dr. Jastrow served as the first Chairman of the NASA Lunar Exploration Committee and was recipient of the NASA Medal for Exceptional Scientific Achievement. Dr. Jastrow was former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Mount Wilson Institute, which manages the Mount Wilson Observatory. Select Works
