Dr. Lowell Wood

Dr. Lowell Wood served as a Commissioner of the EMP Commission, bringing to this task nearly four decades of experience in the technical aspects of national security. During the Cold War, EMP was one of several high-technology topics that engaged his professional attention. A long-time member of the professional staff of the University of California?s Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, he is also a Visiting Fellow of the Hoover Institution at Stanford University.
