Adam Keiper is managing editor of The New Atlantis, a journal published by the Ethics and Public Policy Center. The journal looks at the social, moral, and political implications of advancing technology. He is also president of the Center for the Study of Technology and Society, a think tank he founded in 1999. Mr. Keiper has worked on Capitol Hill, in various think tanks, and in a corporate lobbying office.
