Dr. Ross McKitrick

Ross McKitrick is an Associate Professor in the Economics Department at the University of Guelph, Ontario, and a Senior Fellow of the Fraser Institute, Vancouver, B.C. He specializes in the application of economic analysis to environmental policy design and climate change.
