Forum on National Security Space: Examining Codes and Rules for Space

The speakers discussed ongoing efforts, established rules, and options for the future with respect to collision avoidance, debris mitigation, and harmful interference resolution. This event provided substance and context to calls for "codes of conduct" and "rules of the road" and is part of the Marshall Institute's ongoing National Security Space project. The discussion was organized into three panels:

Panel I ? Debris Mitigation
